Jodie Sangster

Jodie Sangster is the CEO of the Australian Direct Marketing Association and Chairperson for the International Federation of Direct Marketing Associations (IFDMA). Her extensive experience in the fields of global direct marketing and privacy spans over 14 years and includes experience throughout the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Ash Donaldson 
Managing Director, Produxi Consulting
Ash Donaldson is a leading consultant in User Experience & Behaviour Design. With an academic background spanning digital design to human factors, Ash has been practicing all aspects of human-system design for over 16 years. He’s been noted as Australia’s first federal court expert witness in human-computer interaction; the Australian expert in human-centred design for ISO, and Chair of the Australian human-computer interaction conference, OZCHI.

Ben Gilchriest 
Consulting and Digital Transformation Lead, Capgemini
Ben is focused on Digital Transformation; defining the strategy, vision, experience and operating model for companies responding to the new digital customer. He has run consulting businesses and multiple projects and programs across these domains both in Europe and Asia-Pacific. He currently leads Capgemini’s consulting practice for Australia and New Zealand and leads the Digital Transformation offer for the region. He writes on, discusses, and explores all Digital Transformation topics.

Alex Young 
Co-Founder, MOB
Alex Young is co-founder of MOB, a Vision & Innovation lab in Sydney and creators of buildAR.com the world’s first Augmented Reality Content Management Platform with thousands of customers around the world. MOB create apps, multi-device platforms, Augmented Reality and Computer Vision solutions for customers as well as their own products. MOB work with businesses to provide them hands-on experience using emerging technologies to get a look ahead at what the impacts to their organisations and customers will be. Alex is a regular speaker at Technology and User Experience related conferences including Web Directions and UX Australia. Prior to MOB & buildAR Alex spent 10 years working across Telecommunications, ISP and Interactive Television heading up User Experience, Design and Development groups.

Chris Gross
Head of Social Media and Digital Marketing, Fox Sports Australia
Chris Gross is a digital native with a love of social media and sports, Chris recently got his dream job as the Head of Social Media and Digital Marketing at Fox Sports in August 2012. Prior to this Chris was at Vodafone for four years as the Head of Social Media and Video. In this role he grew the team from a single resource to a team of over 35 social media experts, and in doing so it became one of the largest social media teams in Australia. Through this period Chris and his team won multiple awards including the 2012 B&T 30under30, he speaks regularly at industry events.
