Carl has extensive expertise in e-commerce, fulfilment and logistics, digital strategy and online dynamics. With an initial background in consumer-goods retail, and with over 10 years’ experience working in senior digital media roles, he has developed immense knowledge of the digital environment. Valerie is a journalist, author and entrepreneur who is passionate about the concept that you can design your small business to create the life you really want. She is a small business commentator and her popular Enterprise column appears in, and She is also founder and managing director of the Sydney Writers’ Centre in Milsons Point, Australia’s leading centre for writing courses. Valerie is passionate about how entrepreneurs can harness the power of storytelling to grow their business — and is currently writing a book about storytelling in business, to be released in October 2012
